Reservations
We will validate your reservation after sending proof of payment and the following information:
Full name
Date of birth
ID number or passport number
CPF
Address/Neighborhood/City/Zip code
Phone number
Check-in time
Check-out time
Names of other guests (if any);
Payment methods
To reserve our cabins, we ask for payment according to the chosen policy. Generally, a transfer of 50% of the total amount of your stay to confirm the reservation.
The remaining amount of the stay will be charged at the time of check-in.
Payment, corresponding to 50% of the reservation, can be made via PIX.

Your reservation will be confirmed after we send you a confirmation message via WhatsApp or email.
Check-in
Check-in time: 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
We ask our guests to provide a contact number (What's App) and the time of their arrival. Without this information, check-in cannot be carried out.
The guest must notify their arrival by calling +55 (84) 9 8120-6583 and we will personally welcome them. There is no doorbell at the front of the guesthouse, nor reception.
Check-out
Check-out time: 06:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Cancellation and changes to the reservation
In case of cancellation or no-show, the reservation deposit will not be refunded. There will be no refund of the stay or deposit if the guest decides to leave early. Changes to the reservation dates will only be allowed up to 48 hours before the check-in date, by written communication to the email quattuor.cabanas@gmail.com
Changes to the reservation dates are subject to our availability and may incur an increase in the rate.
Quattuor Cabanas has the right to immediately terminate the stay, without any refund of amounts paid by the customer, if any of the following cases occur: the total number of occupants exceeds the maximum defined on our website, disturbance of the peace of the neighborhood, organization of parties, consumption of illicit drugs, pets without our permission, failure to pay in full.
Our cabins have internet connection, however we assume no responsibility for any connectivity problems or inconveniences resulting from these. These services are provided by telecommunications companies and are beyond our control. In case of problems and disturbances with Internet connectivity or TV signal, there will be no refund of the payment for the stay.
